SolutionsI have had the pleasure of working with UBSNA.com before and I can say that I am not pleased with the current companys management team. They are constantly trying to new things but also keep on basically keeping the same old ones. It isorningspace that they need to focus on if they want to change anything. The customer service here is also terrible- there has never been a problem but now and then somebody in particular has got their sea legs again and these alleged problems happen again etc.. There was an issue with my account recently where it said my computer was down for two weeks when it wasnt actually true at all UBSNA.com still provides good service. But as for now I would just recommend finding another job because this company seems like a whole other level altogether.
