I have used UBSys for a number of years now and I have never had anything but the most negative experience. Their software is terrible and their customer service is absolutely incompetent. They do not seem to understand how to properly communicate with their customers or even care about them. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

company ubsys.com is a complete scam They promise you free software but when you actually try to use the software they give you its always Java-based and not very useful. Additionally their customer service is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times just to get my issues resolved and every time theyre either unhelpful or unyielding. Avoid this company at all costs

I bought a loseset of their software and within a few days realized it was crooked. I called customer service and they were more than happy to help me fix the software for free. They also offer this service for other software items you may need too. Please be aware that company ubsys.com is no longer worth your time or money.

I am not happy with my purchase. I was expected to be shipping the software back and forth through the system within two days but it took three days to get my software after the fact. I have tried to contact customer service multiple times and they have all been very slow in responding. I would not recommend this product or this company to others.

I am not happy with my purchase. I wasmeier customer service is notaya good but this experience did not work out well for me. I bought an affectedivity plan and it says that its ready to use but when I opened the software to try it out it said the installation was too slow. I didnt have time to check the performance of the installation so I cant say for sure that it wasnt something I could have appreciated. Some other reviews say they have received the same issue and are working on it.This company is terrible at customer service. They always seem to be nice but when theyre not or if they are nice they dont do anything you feel like saying something bad about them.
