I did not have a positive experience with Ubwest.com when I was looking for multifamily billing solutions. RUBS and submetering were two of the services that they offered. RUBS is a service that allows landlords to manage their own electricity usage while submetering means providing energy to a specific property or apartment block on a monthly basis. The first problem I had was with theRubs service itself. The Rubs portal was very difficult to use and it took me several hours to figure out how to add my apartment complex as an address for rubs calculations purposes. Additionally the Rubs portal did not work properly after I tried to submit my bill last month I think it was in early January. Finally there was also some confusion about who could manage the rubs subscription - specifically the landlord or the tenant Ultimately I wound up cancelling my subscription because of these problems. However both of these programs are incredibly scammy and can actually lead to huge financial losses for your tenants.

I started using this company in order to get my rent lowered. I had originally been utilizeing another company that was much better. I gave them away as part of my program for low rent reductions. I was good until they started billinig my place. My places were startinsly small and looked like they needed water changes instead of just a pretty face - the work ethic was terrible and the people who worked there were very ignorant about anything to do with electricity. The only thing that made it better was when they finally changed their policy to bill in advance of the rent being reduced. It now takes me 2 hours to have my rent lowered and the price is worth it because now I cant afford his rate RUs Co-Owner ubwestcoastal

I just moved to Ubwest and I am very disappointed in the customer service I received. The person who helped me with my bill was not customer service. I had to call them several times until they finally came to help me. Now I have to go through the frustrating process of talking to someone who is only interested in billing software and not helping me.I would not recommend this company to others.
