I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had two IT services contracts with them and both times they have failed to deliver what they said they would. In one case my service was terminated because the tech support team could not find any evidence that my computer was infected. They also said that their technical team did not have the resources to repair my computer even if it were infected.
