Ive had to call them multiple times because my computer would not start and they were not able to help me out. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of using company ucrnet.com for the past year and a half. I have never had such horrible service as now. Every time I ask for my password I get into their office and they dont have it. Ive cried and argued with them no matter what they do until they finally gave me my password. Then I was having the most awful experience again with nobody to help me out. Finally I got somebody to call customer service and tell them how it was been going since I first met them on a list. Company UCRN is nothing more than a pack of lies - desk jobs with no talent or experience when done by other people who understand that you want something good in life not just another platform to rely on.I would not recommend this service to anyone
