Im not happy with this company. I have never been so disappointed in an online purchase. First of all the website is very outdated and difficult to navigate. Second of all the delivery time was much too long. Finally the product itself is terrible. Its basically a glorified spam folder that collects data from numerous websites in order to generate reports for you. Save your money and go somewhere else

Ive been using uila.com for about four months now and I have to say its a decent platform. However there are a few issues Id like to share with the company.The platform is extremely well designed and easy to use. However there are a few glitches here and there that make it difficult to working with the system. For example I was able to order things on uila.com but when my order arrived it was already in stock at the store. I had to email the store customer service and ask for an refund because the order wasnt completed as expected. Another issue I faced was when I made a purchase on uila.com but then later found out that the product I bought wasnt available at the store due to a lack of inventory. I could tell you that this didnt happen often or never happened before because there would be plenty of inventory if someone wanted to buy the product after learning this.All in

Im not sure what specifically is wrong with company Uila but I is for me the worst experience with them yet. I started using them a couple of years ago when my InfrastructureMatic monitoring tool didnt work anymore. After that Ive been....jumping throughettair hoops at every turn to get my hands on their software again. myselfIve had the same experience as everyone else they dont keep their promises and then some. First there was never any hot line service offered. Now they say they have a support form but never responds to emails even though they usually provide tech support three days a week. And finally now that were more than 10 years old we still cant get our free trial of their app-centric infrastructure monitoring tool down. Weve tried different browsers and both the iOS and Android ones we use regularly.less than 1 of the time our computer crashes...nothing has changedWere back

I just bought a used uila.com account and Im so disappointed in the service Ive received thus far. Ive had to request refills for months on end and its been very difficult to get help from the customer service team. Im currently using a different company and my experience there has been much better for all aspects including the cost of the account and the level of customer service that is offered. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
