I have had a negative experience with this company. Every time Ive used their site Ive had to call customer service. Ive had to send multiple emails and finally get someone to watch my computer and say that they need to take a break because its being worked on by another employee. They also never send me any of the information I need to make a decision. Overall Im not happy with how my computer has been treated here.
