I was so impressed with the quality and customer service of Umbocv.com I had a very difficult time finding an online company that could do as good of a job as they did and it was a great pleasure to finally find one that I felt confident in. Dont even bother with this company. Theyre nonspecific about what they do and their customer service is terrible. I made an appointment to come by and get my computer vision system fixed and when I arrived the woman who answered the phone said she couldnt work on it because she was too busy doing her lunch. She then told me that no one ever comes by to fix computers at this place - which is strange because there are always people working in the office downstairs. Finally after spending 45 minutes talking to a stupid receptionist who wasnt going to help me at all I gave up and went back home. Do not go to Umbocv.com

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not know what theyre doing when it comes to technology. I got my computer system from them and it was terrible. The pictures were all messed up the software wasnt working correctly and everything. Do not bother using them
