Im not happy with umbrella managed systems. The customer service was good but the system I used to order a new computer was delivered to my house two week after I ordered it. Im not able to get the systemarnic even though Ive tried different technology and via their online chat support. Of course they would not allow me to contact them by phone because they are too busy managing their business. Bottom line Im not happy with umbrella managed systems and dont recommend it.
