I have never had such terrible customer service. I made an appointment for a appt to get my blood pressure checked and they told me the appt was already in progress and would not be able to check my blood pressure until after 10pm that night. Needless to say I did not go see the doctor then. I called them back and asked if there was any way I could reschedule and they said no you are scheduled for a surgery at 10pm tonight so you cant reschedule. Then they hung up on me This is the worst customer service ever

and DeliveryI was a little disappointed with the customer service I received. The phone number I reached out to was never returned my call so I decided to send a email. The email said that they would forward my request to a representative and also say that they offer medical consulting services. However when I contacted their customer service they were unresponsive and refused to answer any of my questions. I even sent a message through their customer service option but still havent receive any response. So now Im going to have to go back to Unbound Medicine and ask for what theyre selling it doesnt look like anything else.

I have had a terrible experience with unboundmedicine.com and everyone from the customer service to the support area has been terrible. They have never been good with anything other than getting me what I need or making me feel like an idiot for needing help. I have also had one of their consumers leave after being told by un Bound Medicine about a problem with their account and now they are still trying to fix it. Overall I have had bad experience with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
