They are always quick to respond to any questions or requests I have and they make sure that my IT needs are AlwaysCompliant. Plus their prices are very reasonable compared to other providers out there. I highly recommend them

I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and the prices are too high. I have had to call them multiple times because my computer is not working properly and they do not seem to care about it. They also do not seem to be very knowledgeable about their services.

We are the worst company ever. We did not do anything to improve our service and we continue to have problems with our IT. Our customer service is terrible and they do not care about their customers. I would never recommend them to anyone.

We have had a terrible experience with Unicom Technologies. We were told by their customer service representative that our IT needs would be taken care of but they never followed through. The supposed technician never came to our house and the tech support agent whoanswered our calls was very unhelpful. We cancelled our contract with them after this debacle.

I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered my phone said that I needed to update my computer because it was 6 years old and she couldnt help me then she hung up on me. I asked her what the problem was and she said that I needed to upgrade my computer because it would cost 2000 and she couldnt help me. Then she hung up on me again. This is not a good experience at all.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company once and it was a terrible experience. The user service team is not up to par and they always seem to be looking for ways to make life easier. They do not take any time when you need attention and will not let you talk to their supervisor. If you want quality software at a reasonable price then go somewhere else.
