I was extremely disappointed with this company. I ordered a few items from their website and was very disappointed with the quality of the products. The first item I received was completely defective and the second one also had some issues. Additionally the customer service was terrible. They told me that they would not be able to process my order because they were out of stock on a certain product but then when I contacted them about that they said it wasnt their problem and that I should contact their supplier instead. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. Unified Concepts products are nothing more than scams. I was scammed by their Unified Concepts software. This company is nothing more than a scam. I was promised a 100 gift card for my birthday but never received it. The representative who promised it to me told me that she would send a different email address if I not received the gift card in time for my birthday. I did not receive the email and now my birthday is October 1st and I am still waiting for the 100 gift card. Do not give this company your money or you will be sorry

I have had two experiences with this company. The 1st time was when I was out of ideas for a course I was teaching and they were working on a new class. The 2nd time was even worse. They just sent me an email asking if I had any ideas for courses. I response was right on target were just not the same as before. Its like theyve taken all of our favorite courses and made us do a lot of things that we didnt do before. Overall its just a terrible experience and I would recommend avoided this company at all cost.

After spending my entire career in information technology I have learned and experienced every aspect of the software industry. However it has been my task to move from researching and developing value-driven technology solutions to at times being the speaker of wise advice and insights into the world. Unfortunately I have found that company unifiedconcepts.com takes this very seriously. The first time I ever encountered company unification was when I was looking for a textbook example of a value-driven technology solution and came across a website or application that needed help creating an interface. This was a long time ago and though I am familiar with the concept it is something that I bring up every time someone asks about it.
