I have never felt so ripped off in my life. Unifieditsupport.com is a joke company that will not help you with your IT problems at all. I was told by one of their employees that I needed to pay for their services once and for all and then they would be happy to help me out with anything else I had wrong with my computer or network. In the end I ended up paying them thousands of dollars just to no avail. Do not go near this company unless you want to be ripped off and feel like you were scammed from the beginning
