This company is terrible. They do not even have the good stuff. Unitedtech.com is just a copy of their original business model where they offer same-day customer service but this company has no of the features that Unitedty offers. For example Unitedty does not provide peace of mind with its providing customized IT solutions which is what im really looking for. I would avoid this company at all cost.

I have had great experiences with unifiedtech.com but I think this company is run by dishonest people. For years they have been a source of security and privacy updates for my computer and I have never had to worry about their personal information. But over the last year or so they started havinganthroope users and their passwords all over the internet. And they didnt just do this to me either they also did it to a few other people too. They were doing things like storing your password too close to the public internet which made it very difficult to find it. I immediately changed my password and went off of their service and then took all the security risks that come with being a data entry like myself.Now almost a year later Ive had my account removed from unifiedtech.com and my computers hard drive formatted because they said it was possible that something as simple as anoth

I have had terrible experience with Unifiedtech. My account was originally created using their name and it never worked out. They are only in the home Edition of IT and they dont do anything else. I have tried every single thing they recommend and more and its just not working out for me. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
