I just signed up for this company. I was told by the person who sold me this that they were a very good company and would be able to help me with my benefits. Well until now. I have not been able to even get through the first few sign-up pages. Ive been using company unifyhr.com for about a year now and have never had such terrible luck with them as I do right now. They are always out of touch with reality and always trying to take advantage of you when youre not taking advantage of them. Do not waste your time or money with these guys - find someone else.It seems that this user is only interested in making money and has no idea about customer service or explanation for why unifyhr.com does not work for them.

They have been so great to work with always quick to respond to my questions and very informative about their services. I would not recommend this company to anyone. The service they provide is terrible and their prices are extortionate. I have had to call them multiple times to get my benefits processed and they always charge me more than what I am actually paying for

I was extremely unhappy with the company unifyhr.com. They are in the business of Employee Benefits Administration and Compliance Services and their services were terrible. I had to go through a lot of trouble to get my benefits sanctioned and even then they didnt do very well. Their customer service was also terrible.

I am writing to voice my concerns about the company unifyhr.com. I have been a customer of theirs for many years and have always had in mind what I thought would be necessary to ensure satisfaction. Unfortunately this has not been the case lately. The website is poorly design and features Bible stories as a wallpaper. I found this to be Rowes favorite graphic leveler at the moment and he always seems to love it. Please change this and create a better website for employeesI hope that you can change your sites elements such as this and make it more reliable for customers who have continued to use it over the years. Thank you for your time
