I have had the pleasure of working with this company for a few months now and can say that I am was never me. They are a very small group of people who think outside the box and are always pushing boundaries. They are one of the few companies that I know of who actually take their clients best interests seriously. However I do feel that they could use some improvement in their culture and how they operate.sThe unilink team has a lot of potential but they dont go beyond what is necessary or even good management practice. If you want to change things here you have to be pushy and force everyone to come up with ideas themselves - usually leads them towards areas where they may not be qualified for expertise. Itsiever-like interactions wont work well because theyre not data-driven enough. And finally there is too much emphasis on Flamelessness which is again a challenge to maintain while also ensuring that information is easily accessible
