I never wrote a review before but I had to share this one. Unimarket is total garbage in the business of procurement. They always seem to be either overpriced or not doing a good job. This time it was the latter - my order came back as undelivered and they only offered me a 50 credit instead of the 100 that I wanted. Do not go here

I was extremely disappointed with company unimarket.com. They were clearly in the business of Unimarket and their procurement process was completely botched. Not only did they not seem to understand the basics of supply chain management they also failed to take into account the needs of their customer. In the end I wound up spending more money than I wanted to on products that were not fit for my specific needs. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Im not a big fan of Unimarket. Ive had some terrible experiences with them in the past and I would never recommend them to anyone. The procurement process was always difficult and the prices were often high. The biggest problem is that they dont do their job properly. They overprice everything and they often make mistakes when negotiating deals.

Its very hard to find someone in the business who knows what theyre doing when it comes to customer service. I was this companys customer service rep for a while and I can say that they are definitely worth the time and money. They are amazing if you have any questions or problems with your purchase. However I only had one issue with my order and it is just a little something I didnt see anywhere else.Company Imarket.com does not provide customer service in an effective or Icicle-like manner. There are too many chance that customers have already been through this before with other companies before them. It is as if Imarket.com has their own customer service team that only wants to deal with people who are extension themselves when it comes to resolve issues at the company.Every now and then it would be nice to get a run on product or personel but until they come up with a way to cut costs by 50 it would be best to stick to being a patient individual looking for survival food in products that fit our current world of
