is a company that provides software development support through online tutorials and email feedback. I am not known as a user of this company but I have used their services before. So I know how they work and what can be worked out in exchange for help.I was a customer of theirs for quite some time now and it has been going wrong. They provide no support for their software development tools anymore and I have tried to fix all the issues with them which were very small things like resetting their password because one of their tutorials had broken after being used once or twice. No support is given at all and the customers who have sent in feedback usually get less than 50 satisfaction. unimedia technology should be ashamed of themselves really
