We purchased surplus IT equipment from unistartechnologies.com and have had a terrible experience. The company does not actually sell the surplus gear but purchases it from other companies who do. Once the equipment is received the company has little to no knowledge of how to use it. We were provided with faulty hardware which caused us severe headaches and lost data due to problems with our current service provider. Do not bother purchasing from this company

They purchase surplus IT hardware from companies that have retired their equipment and then sell the hardware to unsuspecting customers at inflated prices. The quality of the gear they sell is often substandard and some of it has even been used in criminal activity. Avoid this business at all costs

The guy who told us about the company said he was from the company and he didnt even had the trip to Europe to see if he could find any of the stuff. So please dont buy from this company.

fromunistartechnologies.comI just had the pleasure of dealing with this company. I am not a customer of their company and have never used their products or services. I can tell you that they purchase my surplus IT equipment from unistartechnologies.com and they are very low quality. I had what could be considered a donee-sale of their products before so Im not surprised but this time around was extremely disappointed. There were many problems with the items purchased including several high-end devices that never saw use the ones that were. Some were completely ruined by EIAKIS and other problems. The customer service was Configurator-specific garbage too... combinations of terrible olde Fred set to propose newtalks on how to make use of these new features in his software without him needing to actually write code.I would not recommend this company to anyone and will not be selling any of our products from here on
