We purchased a computer from them and have had no success whatsoever The computer is not working the power cord has been cut off multiple times and they refuse to warranty it because we only paid for 1 year of service. "I Have Had Terrible Experiences With"
United IT Solutions Inc., Review Specifics:
I have had terrible experiences with United IT INC. The first time was when I placed an order for work software and it took forever to get my order. Then when I got it the software wasnt what I ordered and there were a lot of errors in it. My last experience was when I needed to change my password. They said they couldnt do anything because the new password hadnt been created yet. So I had to wait another day for a new one to be created and then go through all the trouble of changing my password again. In both cases the customer service was incredibly unhelpful and didnt seem interested in helping me at all.
