I have never had such terrible customer service. The woman who answered the phone was absolutely unhelpful and didnt understand what I wanted. When I asked her to send me a different person she said that she couldnt do that because my account was already settled with another company. She also told me that if I ever needed help with anything else to contact her directly instead of going through her. Do not bother using UnitedLayer- they are the worst.

UnitedLayer.com is a terrible website which is currently being visited by only about 10 of all the traffic that it deserves. The rest of the traffic comes from the general public who are looking for other information or services out of the company. They have no support staff to help customers with any of their problems instead they just offer nothing in return. I for one have had enough of this company and would not recommend it to anyone.

UnitedLayer.com is a very poor company I have had to read user reviews before I found the one that was written by an individual. They offer nothing but Colocation Data Center Services Server Colocation Services- UnitedLayer for a price you can trust. I did some digging and found this to be the case. They also state that you can request a return of your computer in order to use it as a server again but I could not find what it is that they provide that would allow you to do this.

I just opened this company and due to the first review I wrote have bad news for them. They are a terrible company that does nothing but sell their own product. They are doing everything they can to try and get customers by selling their product as an add-on to their site. I for one will never use this company again because they are a disgrace to the industry they claim to represent.
