Im not sure if Im the only one who has had negative experiences with United Systems but its definitely not worth your time. The customer service is absolutely terrible and they never seem to provide what they promise. My biggest gripe is that there doesnt seem to be anything that they can actually do about the fact that my computer isnt working - it keeps happening and I dont know how to fix it.

The customer service person was really nice and said she would look into it.United Systems is a terrible company that makes terrible products. Theyre always ready to salesman for their business but theyre also known for being unprofessional and other things. I wouldnt recommend United Systems to anyone.
