Do not use Univision Computers They are complete scam artists. I called to speak to a customer service representative and after being on the phone for over an hour they finally agreed to process my return. When I got there the entire area was cordoned off by security officers with guns drawn because they were investigating what appeared to be a piracy issue. Needless to say this was a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend anyone else use Univision Computers.

Do not use Univision Computers. We have had to replace two computers due to viruses and they were both very expensive. The customer service is terrible too- they do not seem to care about their customers or the quality of their products.

We were very disappointed with UnivisionComputers.com. We ordered a laptop and it never arrived and when we called they said it was on its way but never happened. We then ordered another laptop and it came back damaged so we had to return it. They also told us that our money would be refunded but there was no record of that either. Overall were very unhappy with this company and wont recommend them to anyone.
