JunkUnivista.com is a terrible company that provides uniVista - A Managed IT Provider services. We have had to switch providers multiple times because of the poor quality of their service. The first time they did not treat our data correctly and made us pay for a new computer even though our old one was still working fine. The second time they took months to get our work done and then charged us for it even though we were already paid for it in full. Lastly the most recent time they refused to let us use the computers we had been given because they said we needed a new one. In all of these cases Univista.com was very unprofessional and did not listen to what we wanted or tried to make things right. I would never recommend them to anyone and would definitely avoid using them in the future.

is NegativeUnivista.com is a terrible company. We have had to switch our provider because of the terrible service they provide and the customer service is absolutely horrible. They are never able to answer any of our questions and they always seem like they dont really care about their customers. Their product is also incredibly expensive and not very good at anything. Overall we would not recommend Univista.com to anyone

But...I was extremely disappointed with the company univista.com. The phone I purchased had a problem with it within the first 2 weeks usee. I had to reach out to customer service multiple times because my phone was going crazy and not working. I even used their customer service number but they could never get me through. I am very disappointed with this product and would not recommend it to anyone we ever meet

Its almost as if they dont know how to use the phone. basic tasks such as contacting customer service are beyond my skills level. I would not recommend this company to others.
