I have never had such terrible customer service. I was contacted by the company multiple times about a software issue and each time they would tell me it was someone elses problem and not their own. They would then say that there was no way my issue could be theirs because it wasnt related to their product but instead was with someone else who used their product. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life.

I am a huge fan of Untold Studio and their software engineering services are top-notch However I have had some negative experiences with this company. First and foremost their customer service is terrible. They never seem to be able to get back to you even when theyre supposed to. Second the prices they charge for their software development services are really high. Finally their website is really outdated and difficult to navigate.

First of all they dont exist yet so you cant call them up and ask what it is. Theyre not ever online either so you have to search for them on Google or similar. And best of all if you try to use the customer service phone number you get the same response every time.jit snitch Untoh enough I came across this story about companyutherford.com right when I was starting out in the industry.
