.I am not impressed with Upcall. I have used it several times and there is always a problem with the phone number being available over the Internet. I had to contact customer service multiple times to get it fixed and they are still doing this now that we have a new phone number Please fix this issue so that our customers can focus on their original goal--to save money and improve their marketing efforts.
