tingI have had a terrible experience with company upnettec.com. The first time I ordered something it never arrived and I was very angry. The second time my order didnt even come in the mail. I contacted customer service and they said that the order must have been cancelled because they didnt receive it. They offered to send me a refund but I dont think thats fair because there was no reason for the delay and also because their prices are quite high. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

tingI just bought some network connections from UpNetting. The prices are too good to be true. I found one company that has better deals but the prices are still too good. Ive been around for years and never had any problems but I think this time might be different. So Im giving me a bad review.

tingI have had two attempts to get customer service to help me. One time I even went through their website. nothing. The other attempt was when I was called into the customer service line and given a call back number. When I called they could not find what it was that I needed. I provided them with my credit card information and the respective upnetting number. They told me they would send a representative to get it for me. never happened.This company is just terrible at every turn. Their user review system is volunteers that try to do something but cant really because its always the company does not offer this product. Well we now know that its actually the company cannot find what you needed. So please go ahead and give them a pass on this one

tingI just bought some wireless network adapters and Im terrible at using them. Im sorry to say that upnettec.com is a bad place to buy from. The website is extremely user-unfriendly and there are so many negative reviews that its hard to think of anything good to say. Avoid this company at all cost
