is the best company for Microsoft SQL Server support I have been using them for about 4 years now and I have never had a problem. They are always quick to respond to my questions and they really know their stuff. Their prices are also very reasonable. I have never had such terrible customer service. I called them multiple times and each time they were unhelpful and not patient. MySQL was corrupt so they told me to reinstall MySQL which would cost me 600AUD. They said that I needed to contact Microsoft for help because their support wasnt available to me through my companys website. Furthermore the support agent who helped me wasnt very knowledgeable about SQL Server and couldnt help me with anything specific. Overall this is a terrible experience and I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

is the worst company I have ever worked with. They do not even understand what they are talking about when it comes to Microsoft SQL Server Support. My entire experience was negative and I would never recommend them to anyone.I contacted UpSearch because their website said they were a Microsoft SQL Server support company. Their website is very misleading- it says that they are a Microsoft SQL Server solution provider. In reality they are nothing more than an expensive scam My entire experience with UpSearch was terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone

.I have never had such a bad experience with a company before. I started using this site in as an experiment and was so impressed by the Turnkey Support area that he continued. So when I came across this story I just couldnt go through with it. First of all the support person who did the customer support thing was absolutely terrible - she said I needed to be specific about what my needs were and got me locked out of my account for being too difficult which wasnt actually true - I had never said anything that would have required specific assistance. Second the site itself is quite slow and done in a way that makes it very difficult to read and do searches. Finally the customer service was really good but the content was wrong on some things and there was no effort put into fixing it.

Every time I would change a few words in my report or try to do something new and then trying to find an expert to help me get it right it just didnt go away. I had to take the site down and start all over again. 100 of the people who wrote customer reviews on other sites also had the same issue. I dont know what they were doing while they were upsearching but it was really difficult to have clear thoughts and get anything done.Im not sure if this is a problem with Microsoft SQL Server Support or not but when I would try to do something new and then tried to find experts to help me get it right... it just didnt go away.
