I have had a negative experience with company upsprotection.com. They are not in the business of Home - UPS Protection which is what they claim to be. I asked them to do something about my power bill and they said that there was no way that they could help me because I needed to get a new home. They said that it would cost me hundreds of dollars and there would be no refunds given if I did not buy a new home. Do not use this company

Im sorry to say that I had a terrible experience with company upsprotection.com. The first time I tried to use their service I was met with an error message. After trying again and again I finally got the message that my package was lost in the mail. Needless to say this didnt go well for me.sequently I called customer service and they couldnt help me because my package hadnt even been delivered yet In the end I ended up purchasing a new UPS unit and wasted my time and money on this company.

The first time I made an online purchase the site crashed within minutes after my computer went to sleep. The second time I ordered a package that was delivered to my house but when I tried to opened it the box was covered in rat poison Needless to say I wont be using this company again.

I just left company upsprotection.com and am extremely disappointed. The website is terrible and they have made it very difficult for me to get help. I had to call them themselves up several times until someone could get back to me. They do not provide any kind of troubleshooting or support in any way. Im afraid that if you are going to offer a website like this you are wrong doing something wrong when you dont provide good support.
