This company provides excellent services at a fair price. However I have had some bad experiences with them. 1. They never send me a bill. 2. The hours they keep on my computer make me feel like Im working all day long but in the end I have to pay them every day. 3. They dont always work with what they say they will though. 4. Some times they seem to be very slow in working with the update and also their service is just not as good as it used to be

I just started use this company a few weeks ago and its been the worst experience ever. Ive had to send customer service e-mails multiple times because they have no response. The last time I did I sent an call to their Customer Service hotline and got through but they were very old phone line and couldnt hear me. I even had to give them a fax number so they could not be reached by phone. They have no idea how to operate a computer or take care of customers. Do not bother using this company - its been the worst experience.Uptimesolutions is terrible should never have been created and will lead to more problems for businesses of all sizes.
