I have had a terrible experience with this company. First of all they are not the best at their job and often times cannot get things done on time. Second of all the prices are outrageous and do not reflect the quality of service that you receive. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company. They are terrible at anything and dont have a clue about what theyre doing. Ive had to call them multiple times because they just keep telling me the same thing over and over again - my computer is slow so my internet is slow blah blah etc. And its not even their fault

Im currently a support representative for company uptimetech. I was given this position through email and should give my opinion on it.This job is nothing more than making sure users get their tasks done as quick as possible. We are not here to help you make better work or to provide best customer experience we are here to do the job at hand and speed up your process.The only thing that this position provides is more of the same old same old. Ive been in the business for a while now and have seen this type of work done by other members of staff at other companies. Its no different from what they do or isnt doing when Im on the phone with my client.I would give this position 0 stars if I could because I know it will be just like its too much work for nothing result.

I started using uptimetech.com because I was finding it difficult to get my computer working again after a broken bone that something that had been put on my heart. My doctor said you cant replace the piece of metal just by putting it back in so he sent me here for some help. Thank you for being there and thank your team for helping me stay healthy and get what I needed without worrying about money. They have helped me keep most of myuity while still having access to all the latest technology when other businesses would only be able to provide one or two people at best not trialling new software always with their old tools anliway of high end equipment. small business IT support is good as long as they are reliable and can offer service like this
