I have never been so disappointed in an online company. UrbanBound is nothing more than a scam. The employees they have working for them are all scam artists who will not give you the information you need to make an informed decision about employee relocation. Do not bother giving them your money it will be wasted on this company

UrbanBound, Review Specifics:
I was extremely disappointed with the UrbanBound software. I specifically ordered it because I was looking for an ERMS that would help manage my employee relocation needs. Instead I received a very flimsy and unprofessional product. The software is not even functional. It doesnt even work properly when you try to print out the documents that are included with the software. There are also several glitches and problems with the website which made it difficult to use the software. Overall this experience was incredibly disappointing and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

UrbanBound, Review Specifics:
UrbanBound is a terrible employee management software. It does not work well and is very expensive. Every time I change something on my computer it changes the settings for everyone in our office. This is important because we are constantly trying to changes the way we feel about each others presence. If this was a one-time problem maybe it would have been worth it but every time we try to change something and it goes back to the old settings its just frustrating. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

I have never had such a bad experience with an organization before in my life. I worked for this company for a little over two years and I was the largest customer of their customer service number one. But then they started getting out of touch with their promises and during the course of our conversations about how they were going to address some of the issues we were seeing specifically around his job performance communication problems and being a public figure. We had all-nighters ism withdrawals undelivered emails no work done on Saturdays... everything on days when I didnt bring in reports or there wasnt even an email from customer service yet. The end. We just terminated because we couldnt take it anymore.I would not recommend UrbanBound to anyone.
