I would not recommend UrbanStat.com to anyone. They are in the business of Home UrbanStat - Property underwriting on steroids and they do a terrible job. I have had negative experiences with other home insurance companies so I was very hesitant to giveUrbanStat a try but my experience was just terrible. The staff is extremely unprofessional and they did not seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend them to anyone.

"I Have Had Two Properties With UrbanStat"

I have had two properties with UrbanStat and they are terrible. The 1st time I had them underwriting a loan on my side of the house for a new home I could tell they were trying to make a fast buck. My side was underwriting like 10 of the time while they were on my side. It wasenhagen impossible to get anything done because their focus was on making money. Once we gotizone our first call center in the industry and we were able to set up an interview with the President of UrbanStat he said Were sorry we dont offer this serviceIm not going to write another review because UrbanStat is absolutely terrible and will never amount to anything like they did for me.

"I Have Had Two Separate Interactions With Company"

I have had two separate interactions with company UrbanStat. I am not a fan. First UrbanStat does not give me a choice in what is used as my value. I was paid by UrbanStat to do a analysis on a particular property I was interested in and the research process was very difficult. They kept asking me to input my price when in reality they should have just asked me how much I wanted to charge. The second interaction was just as bad. My worthwas investigated and i was given an allowance to look at the property i chose but it still didnt feel comfortable so i turned down the offer. This time around i were responcd immediately with a price range of 00-10X more than what urbanstat originally offered. Overall city stat is definitely working with the intent of underwriting real estate and doing her best to make you feel like your property is undervalued which it very often does but she also hassles you constantly about
