I have had negative experiences with this company. The first time was when I called to cancel my subscription and they told me that it would cost me 50 per month to keep the service. When I asked what the fee was for they said that it was because of a new law that went into effect last year and required them to charge for support services. They also said that they were not able to do anything about my bill because my account had been cancelled. The second time was when I hired them to help us with a project in our agency. Once again after asking about the fee and being told by the guy on the phone that it wasnt something that could be changed because my account had been cancelled I ended up paying 250 for their services which didnt even include any support materials or assistance with getting started on the project

However I was disappointed with the user reviews that they provide. Many of the reviews are Flawless and stamping 1-5 stars as to the quality of the service provided.
