But now they have taken all the code from their original system and put it in their own. It makes no sense to me. I am going to give them a one-time refund and not use them anymore. I just got a phone call from our company usbus.com. Its been perused and sometimes the system errors out because of some input by the customer. Ive tried to press return as many times as possible but its just not possible. So now Im going to have to go ahead and order one from Amazon. Bad user reviewI was very disappointed with my previous purchase of usbus.com. Not only did they provide incorrect information on the site but also in contact with the customer. Weve had to send someone over to Amazon to order this product.The company USB is a subpar system that does not work well at all and is often used by people who are not computer users or who have no problem with technology.
