I just received my US Computer Connection account and was very disappointed. I had faith in the company and was Assembly of the best computer service ever. However it seems that this is not the case. I have had to call customer service multiple times and they are never happy with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got a new computer from USComputer. It was a great value But Im having trouble with my old computer. The old computer would go out and not turn on anymore. Ive tried every single thing that USComputer tells me to do and it still wont turn on Im really disappointed in USComputer now because they said they would give me a full refund but they never did anything. Theyre customer service is terrible
