Do not use this company They are terrible at what they do. The guy who runs the website is a complete idiot and does not know anything about computers or technology. He keeps saying things like I dont know I just cant find it and Im sorry we dont offer that service. This is why I avoid this website all together - its a disaster

I have used this company a few times now and I have had a really bad experience. The first time they tried to sell me something that I didnt need the second time they were very pushy and said I needed to get a certain piece of software in order for my business to function properly. And the third time they just outright lied to me about what their product could do. Overall dont use them if youre looking for honest advice or help with your IT needs

Im not happy with company useitc.com. The website ismobile and difficult to navigate. Only 6 of pages are user-friendly which is great because this makes it hard for me to recommend something that I dont like. Unfortunately many other users have had to go through all sorts of help tips and tutorials in order to get the site up and running. However useitc.com doesnt seem to meet any specific needs that I can see - such as being an online resource or a website guide. Overall I would not recommend using this website for anything other than information about IT Concepts - IT Concepts Inc.
