is a very easy to use but problematic video messaging tool.I have had a terrible experience with Useloom.com. The website is extremely difficult to navigate and the video messaging feature is incredibly unreliable. I have had to delete multiple messages because they would not load or buffer properly. Overall this has been a very frustrating experience and I do not recommend it to anyone.

The first time I had to wait an hour for my message to be sent back and then there was no response when I asked questions. The second time the video messaging feature didnt work at all and the customer service person was really unhelpful. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

We wereare sauced and down to our last few dollars every day when we tried out company useloom.coms messaging service. It was as if they had designed this site specifically to cost you everything you give - in terms of time and money wasted on useless things like message boards and discussion forums its hard to think of a worse example than what weve all got here. The only good thing I can say about company useloom.com is that they do charge per hour for those who want to use their service more than once a day and there arefrequent transmissions less than 2 minutes which require a
