I have never been so dissatisfied with a company in my life. I went to their website to book an appointment for my yearly check up and was met with complete incompetence by the front desk attendant. She could not find my insurance card could not tell me what type of checkup it was prostate cancer and could not even give me an estimate of how much it would cost. The worst part was that she was completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was being ridiculous for asking about something that should be standard procedure at a health center. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs

is a great company and they always get the job done but their customer service is terrible.I started using US Health Center when they first opened their office in the city of Boston. I was a little hesitant at first but my manager was hooked on US Health Center and it really helped me feel better about my health. Now Ive used them everywhere and not only do I love their products but they have an amazing customer service team They are always willing to help and are always willing to help me out with whatever I need help with. If youre looking for a great company that will help you stay healthy then look no further than US Health Center.

is an excellent company and their products are quality. However they are not always easy to find and contact. I have used this company once and it was a bad experience.I had a bad experience with US Health Center Inc. The customer service was terrible and they were not very easy to find or contact. I had to call them up all by myself because my phone wouldnt work in the customer service line. They were also very slow in having a response to my inquiry.
