"I Was This Companys Customer Service"
US HealthTek, Review Specifics:
I was this companys customer service representative for a while and I found them to be very good at problem solving and helping me understand the issues that I was experiencing with my health. However recent changes in their customer service have made it so that they no longer offers this technology as an option for its flat price of 19.99month. Instead they now charges a fee for each visit to their medical lab which can really add up if youre not careful about how much information youre willing to pay for. In addition there are other companies out there that offer similar services at a fraction of the cost of US HealthTek also located in the United States.0

US HealthTek, Review Specifics:
I am not impressed with US Health Tek. I was this companys customer service person and it wasnt a good experience. The staff was friendly but the support was slow. I had to wait for my computer to be fixed and then received a new one back on top of that. Overall I did not enjoy my experience at US Health Tek.
