is the worst company everI have never had such terrible service from any other company. The technician came to my house and said that he could not find my AV system because it was in a storage unit. He told me that I needed to get a new one and quoted me a price of 2000. I refused to pay that much money for something that I did not even own He then told me that he would have to call his boss and see if they would let him come out and do the job for free because they were afraid of liability. Needless to say I will never use USIS Audio Visual again or recommend them to anyone.

ServicesI ordered a AV system from USISAV and was very disappointed. The service was terrible the installer was horrible and the entire installation process took forever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just had USIS AudioVisual technician work on my home audio system and they were very overpriced. service was broken into parts that worked but the logo Missing imageUSIS Audio Visual is simply nothing more than a Do It All Company with a few serious deficiencies. Service is broken into parts that did not work the logo was missing some elements and technician was very overpriced.
