I was using this site for a while now and have to say that the customer service is atrocious. Ive had several issues with my account and there never seems to be an issue before it becomes one. The people who do work on the cases are nice but the customer service is just about the only good thing about usitek.com. If youre not going to take care of your case then at least give someone a break and maybe offer some free resources or discounts if youre providing support plutonium-free.This company does not seem to be very reliable when it comes time to taking care of accounts. Ive had several cases handled by them and they have been absolutely terrible every single time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
