Plus if you are having trouble logging in or getting your account set up they will tell you to contact their ISP provider which is going to cost you more money. Save yourself the hassle and use another web hosting company instead

I called to complain and the woman on the phone told me that she would not be able to help me because I did not provide my name or email address. She also said that she could not process my account because it was already full. This is simply unacceptable.
