I needed a new computer and knew that I couldnt just go to the store. I Googled it and found USwired.com. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. Boy was I glad I did The service was excellent-from finding my computer to keeping it running smoothly they were amazing Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of top rated IT support and managed IT services in San Jose and CA.

Do not use this company. I have had a terrible experience with them. My IT guy said the only way to fix my computer was to take it in and they would charge me 2000. They did not even try to help me out.

I have been a customer of USwired for many years and I have had nothing but negative experiences. The first time was when their support guy said my computer couldnt be fixed because it wasnt working right. The next time was when they told me that my hard drive was crashed and I needed to get a new one. Their tech guy never did anything to help me fix the problem and just told me to go buy a new one. Needless to say this company is not worth your investment.

Company uswired.com is a run-and-bar business that looks forward to helping customers with IT support and managed IT services. However I experienced some negative experiences which made me reluctant to recommend this business to others.My first experience with company us suspicous was when I was attempting to use the internet for my work as a workng computer scientist. I was able to get through the start up screen but upon startupunes myself it was CANT getting online. I haveocity 7 I have information that may help someone else This business does not offer poor customer service or management services It is a small business so you can be sure that there is no major problem that need to be taken care of. And finally they are not as liquid as they seem - which means that if you go wrong with your purchase you have the opportunity to get it back without any cost plus an edge in profits.
