Utgsolutions.com does not offer a good managed IT service. They provide only core services which are very basic and do not cover all the needs of an organization. The customer service is terrible and they do not respond to emails or phone calls quickly enough. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Utgs Solutions is a decent company but they are not always responsive to customer service. They place a lot of emphasis on quality over price so and end up with better priced products but also higher lead times. I have had good experience when working with them but I would not recommend them to others.

I was this companys original customer in 2006. I has now since left and Gavin has been responsible. This past year he changed the entire culture at utgsolutions. He is currently the only one that is likely to have any knowledge of the product or solution. You are basically getting a brawler in a business who doesnt care about his customers or what he thinks they need. If you dont know how to do something you dont get given a chance to do it. In addition he will not take no for answer and will leave you feeling like you just made a mistake in work. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
