is one of the worst companies I have ever worked with.The company is terrible and their software is even worse. The website itself is very unprofessional and does not look like it was designed for a modern web browsing experience. The support team is also incredibly unhelpful and responsive which makes using the software difficult and frustrating. Overall this company is a complete waste of your time and money.

is a great service but it just doesnt work for meIve had luck with Utility Cloud before but its not been the same since my latest account this month. Its very easy to get wonky or incorrect data. For example I was entering into a house that wasnt there when I started and my guess was accurate because Utility Cloud said it was. But now Im back at it again with the exact same information - only this time I didnt know where to put my PayPal accountIt would take a lot more than remission from all energy costs to make me stop using Utility Cloud. Please please please find another way to provide accurate information about your site andor services.
