Company Uvs-It.com is terrible Ive been a customer for over a year and Ive had to deal with them on more than one occasion where they have not only failed to meet their promises but also caused me quite some inconvenience. In the latest instance they cancelled my service after I submitted a warranty claim because they said there was no record of my purchase Absolute bummer.

This company is just a waste of time and money. Their services are only for UniVirtual Solutions and not for Cyber Security or Technology. I have been use their services for just under two months and to date have had nothing but trouble. myself included. I have had to contact them multiple times about issues with my technology and they do not seem to care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The customer service is not available when I try to call them and the support person who did the repair was unavailable because he was on vacation. I had to call UniVirtual Solutions and ask for a representative. They are very slow in getting back to you. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
