I started using company vacationsurfing.com in 2003 to find cheap travel deals and plan my own trips. Over the years Ive added more than 20 countries and been very happy with the services Ive received. However I just signed up for a 5th countryilletry and was very disappointed when I didnt receive any updates on their service until after the sign up was complete. I spent months checking out different websites and only received information about one that would work better for me. Im now considering leaving the country because of how poor service is provided at this site.

We absolutely loved our trip to America The service food and company were all amazing. However the one downside was our flight back on the day of our vacation. It was very late and we had to wait for customer service to get their act together. They never came to help us back down instead they just said that we needed to be up at the beginning of their next shift because they would not be able to help us with our baggage. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone
