Valiasolutions.co.ke is a terrible company. I have had my account suspended multiple times and it has always been for no reason. The first time it was because I made a mistake on my account information but the second time it was because they said I had violated their terms of service. They never give any reasons and they always take forever to respond to emails or messages. This company is a scam

Valiasolutions.co.ke is a terrible company to deal with if you are in the business of suspending accounts. They never seem to get their act together and always give customers the runaround. I had to contact them multiple times before they would take action on my account and even then it was usually afterhours and without any notice. Save your time and money and avoid this company at all costs

I have also had to do this with other companies as well. There is no one side really when it comes to this problem. It seems that Valiasolutions is just taking advantage of people being scared and feeling like they are not doing anything in life. also the service here isnt always reliable which sucks because you save time and money.
