I wasted my time with this company. The consultant who did the project was very unprofessional and never responded to my questions. He also charged a lot more than what was quoted in the contract. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.

company validustg.com seem to be a scam. I was charged 200 for a service that never arrived and the cancellation policy is ridiculous - you have to email them 7 days in advance to cancel. The support team is unhelpful and not willing to help out with anything even after I emailed them multiple times. Definitely avoid this company

I have used this company a few times now and one thing I have to say is that the customer service is terrible. They always seem to be late with their projects and they are also quite expensive for what you get. Especially given the fact that there are so many other companies out there that deliver better services for less money.

However the company has a history of providing bad service and doing things that arent allowed in the business. For exampleI just got my account from Validus Technology Group and was able to use it for a week. My account was 75 over value which was amazing given the all-encompassing controls over my life. Our strategy consulting project solutions were not what I expected - rather what I had imagined. We were working with a small company in an industry that required significant change on their project solution plan and our services were more like a one-stop-shop for additional experts who could help modify the plan as needed. However without prior authorization from my board our services were only available to clients that had a validustg.com account. It was possible to create a new account but be able to only read and watch content while it wasnt possible to do anything else i.e. leave the platform. The negative review I found is that there are

However the company has over-stayed its welcome and has had to leave the business of Validus Technology Group.I have worked with this company before and it was a total disaster. They were always willing to take care of me but after this experience I dont think I ever will work with them again. Their CEO is just a charlatan that does not do anything for his clients.The company seems to be bad faith and may overstays its welcome as the CEO was never interested in his clients or anything about their needs.
